01 — Preparation
Precision starts before the printer.
Before a commission is accepted, the model is reviewed for scale, wall thickness, orientation, supports and likely failure points. The print profile is selected around the geometry rather than forcing every job through one setting.
Both 0.03 mm and 0.05 mm layer-height options are available. The appropriate option is discussed according to the detail, size and practical requirements of the piece.
02 — Finishing
Care continues after printing.
Completed prints pass through the workshop’s established three-stage cleaning process: methylated spirits, clean IPA and a water rinse. They are then dried fully before final UV curing.
Supports are removed carefully and surfaces are checked. Additional brush finishing can be discussed where a project would benefit from more work beyond standard cleanup.
03 — Inspection
Finished means checked.
Each piece is inspected for incomplete areas, support damage, residue and other defects that would make it unsuitable for handover. A failed or unacceptable print is not treated as a completed result.
Complex geometry can retain very small support traces after standard cleanup. Where additional finishing has not been requested, those limitations are discussed honestly rather than hidden.
