From query to agreed commission.
The workflow remains deliberately simple and personal. The form provides enough information to assess the project without pretending every file can be priced automatically.

Describe the project, quantity, scale, intended use and any relevant deadline.

Attach or link files
Add STL or project files in your email app, or include a suitable download link.

Review and discussion
The files are assessed for suitability, supports, orientation and likely material use.

Agree the work
Printing begins only after the scope, price, finish and practical details are agreed.
Lost-resin enquiries
Include the casting requirements you already know.
For a Lost-Resin Burnout Master Pattern, provide the intended dimensions, quantity and deadline together with the intended casting metal, foundry and casting method where known.
Any foundry-specific requirements for sprue attachment, shrinkage compensation, wall thickness, hollowing, drainage, orientation, surface finish, burnout schedule or tolerances should be supplied before the quotation is accepted.
The current service supplies the resin master pattern only. Metal casting remains the responsibility of the customer or chosen foundry.
