A £2.50 administration fee applies once per accepted customer order and covers quotation administration, order processing and customer communication.
Pricing guidance
Pricing is separated by service.
Each service has different production requirements. Quotations are based on the submitted model and requested work rather than an invented instant price.
Shared quotation rules
Charges that may sit outside the print-production price.
These items are kept separate so the quotation remains clear about what is print production and what is additional work or fulfilment.
Postage or collection
Postage and packaging are calculated separately. Where collection is agreed, the location, date and time are confirmed during the follow-up email discussion.
CAD and file work
Extensive repair, remodelling, bespoke preparation or other additional file work is quoted separately where required.
Priority or extra manual work
Priority production or unusually time-intensive manual work may carry an additional charge where it changes the normal production schedule or finishing requirement.

Fine-detail miniature, display, base and hobby-component orders start from a £5 minimum print-production charge, with the separate administration fee shown clearly below.

How the print quotation is built
The £5 minimum is the print-production minimum for the overall standard ABS-like order. Final pricing can then depend on model size, resin consumption, reasonable failure allowance, support requirements, print orientation, model repair, support removal, cleanup, quantity and any additional manual finishing requested.
The £2.50 administration fee normally applies once per accepted customer order. Postage, extensive file work and other optional services remain separately quoted.
Standard timing
Standard commission dates must normally allow at least fourteen calendar days from the customer's current local date.
Priority timing
Priority requests must still allow at least seven calendar days and remain subject to workshop capacity. Any extra charge is confirmed before work begins.

This service has a defined print-production minimum because the material, preparation and handling workflow differs from ordinary ABS-like resin commissions.

The £15 minimum applies to the overall print-production order, not automatically to every individual pattern. Several small patterns may be grouped where appropriate.
Separate administration
The £2.50 fee normally applies once per customer order and remains separate from the £15 print-production minimum.
Separately quoted
Postage, CAD work, extensive repair, bespoke preparation and other optional work remain outside the £17.50 minimum standard total.
What can change the final quotation?
Model size, total resin consumption, supports and orientation, complexity, fragility, handling and cleanup, reasonable failure allowance, file preparation, quantity, packaging and fulfilment.
