Workshop finishing standard

Three-stage resin wash process

Instead of relying on a single cleaning bath, completed resin prints pass through three separate wash stages to remove uncured residue from surfaces, recesses and fine detail before final UV curing.

  1. 01

    Methylated spirits

Initial wash to remove the bulk of uncured surface resin.

  2. 02

    Isopropyl alcohol

Second wash using clean IPA for more thorough residue removal.

  3. 03

    Water rinse

Final water rinse before drying and UV curing.

  4. 04

    Dry & cure

Parts are dried and cured under UV light for a clean, durable finish.
