Support the workshop, your way.

Forge + Filament Workshop is a hobby-first workshop. There is no expectation to contribute, but if you would like to support the site and the things being made here, there are two separate options.

Official workshop merch

Take a little bit of the Forge with you.

If you would like to show your support but would rather receive something for it, the official merch range is available through the Forge + Filament Workshop Printify Pop-Up Store.

The store is intentionally separate from commission work. Buying merch does not affect commission priority, pricing or availability.

Optional contribution

Help with site and workshop costs.

Prefer not to buy merch? A voluntary contribution can help towards the domain, website and general workshop running costs.

Contributions are not payment for goods, services or commissions and provide no priority, discount or other entitlement.

Merch order handling

Printify runs the storefront and fulfilment workflow.

Merchandise orders are handled separately from workshop commissions.

What Printify handles

The Pop-Up Store is hosted by Printify. Checkout and payment processing take place through the Printify storefront, and Printify arranges on-demand production, shipping and first-line customer support through its fulfilment network.

What the workshop remains responsible for

Forge + Filament Workshop remains the merchant of record and seller for Pop-Up Store sales. Merch is therefore not presented as a Printify-owned shop, and it is not part of the resin-commission service.

Problems with an order

Production issues, reprints, refunds and other order problems are handled through the current Printify Pop-Up Store support process. The policies shown by Printify at the time of purchase should be reviewed before ordering.

Checkout currency

Printify Pop-Up Stores currently process transactions exclusively in United States Dollars (USD), so the storefront and checkout may show dollar prices. That currency restriction is set by Printify and is outside Forge + Filament Workshop's control.

Kept separate on purpose

Support does not buy influence over commissions.

Whether you buy merch, leave an optional contribution or do neither, commission enquiries are reviewed in exactly the same way. Commission scope, price, timing and acceptance are discussed separately.
